You'd be hard pushed to find a better place to soak up the Sunday vibe. Indeed, The Abbot Cook has all the essential ingredients for a fitting end to the week: freshly prepared breakfasts (before midday), glorious home-cooked roasts, rousing Bloody Marys and a few choice newspapers, all topped off with fine wines from around the world & seasonal local craft beers.

Our Sunday roasts have established quite a following in Reading, with a superior line-up of British meats, including our succulent beef and free range pork loin (plus a veggie option), alongside our giant homemade Yorkshire puddings, seasonal veg and jus.

Just add a round of top-drawer drinks, some good mates and maybe a board game if the mood takes you, and you'll wish every day was like Sunday at The Abbot Cook.
